As a small business owner myself, I understand how important social media is! With that I mind I always try to work smarter not harder, and that's where Meta Business Suite comes in! It is already a free service included in your Facebook and Instagram accounts, you just need to set it up and utilize it! Once set up you can schedule posts, make drafts, talk with clients, run ads and more! Cost of service includes a phone consultation appointment, Meta Business account setup (if you need an Instagram or Facebook page created that is included as well!) plus a brief 5 minute video tutorial into how to use MBS. Cancellation Policy
This service includes a phone consultation where we will discuss current social media setup. Within 7 business days of consultation I will have your Meta Business account set up and ready to go! If you need to reschedule your consultation appointment, a 24 hour notice is needed. I understand that life happens so if something unavoidable comes up within your 24 hour window let me know, I allow one free rescheduling within that window. If you need to reschedule a second time within your 24 hour window a $15 rescheduling fee will apply. If you no-show your consultation appointment with no contact, a $15 fee will apply. This policy also includes 1 re-scheduling within 24 hours for myself, if I need to reschedule a second time within 24 hours I will refund you $15. Service is non-refundable once purchased. If you do not complete your consultation within 30 days of purchase service will be considered completed.
