Handcrafted by Kayla is an online shop that I have followed for a while and have bought from on multiple occasions. Kayla is based out of Thomasville, North Carolina and makes a wide variety of products to include silicone products, jewelry, pens ( I have a whole collection of Disney pens from her), keyring wristlets, signs and more! She is a mom of 3, a very pleasant person to interact with, and good business owner.
Kayla's attention to detail is always spot-on, her customer service and communication is excellent and she always ships promptly. She regularly posts in her Facebook group with products that she has ready to sell and she also takes custom requests or can remake something for you if the original has already been bought.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are made to order and her current turn around time is 16-21 days-not including holidays and weekends. If you are local to her area, she has a local pick up location where you can receive your items once they are ready. If you are not local, she can ship to you.
She has multiple different platforms where you can order her items- a Facebook group, a website, and an Etsy shop. I typically see something in her Facebook group and claim it or ask to remake and then she emails me an invoice, but all three points of contacts would work to buy from her. I just prefer the direct contact to be able to have to have an actual conversation about it.
Kayla is very strong in her faith and prays over the items she makes before they leave her home. If you have ever have any problems, questions/concerns or requests, she is always open to someone messaging her on Facebook to talk. In her Facebook group, there is a featured post with a lot of important info about some of her products. For example, one of the products she offers is pacifier clips & teether rings/ teething necklaces. They are CPSC safety certified. Her featured posts has a lot more details on the proper and safe way to use them, in addition to details about her shop and other important details about some of the other items offered.
